Please plan to attend the Annual Homeowner Meeting on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, beginning at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held in the community room at Metrum Credit Union, also the site of all of our monthly board meetings. We will be discussing annual events, dues, and two significant changes for 2019. First, we are going to pilot a program where we pay a community member to monitor covenant compliance. Secondly, we are going to have a new board president (to be determined) for 2019 as Rob Mancey is committed to other obligations. Board elections and re-elections will occur at the board meeting immediately following the annual meeting.
