December - Holiday Lighting Contest
Each December, the association shares with SMD the cost of holiday lighting at the island entrances to the H460. Homeowners are also encouraged to decorate their homes and yards. This year’s judging of the homeowners’ decorations will take place December. Be sure your display is finished and lights on during these evenings. It would be helpful to contact the board (h460board@highlands460.org) by December if you are planning to compete for a lighting contest prize. As in the past, prizes will be awarded to the top three homes ($100, $50 and $25) with another prize for the "Kids Choice" ($25). Photos of the winning homes will be posted on the H460 website the week of December , 2010.
