HIGHLANDS 460 COVENANTS

Each homeowner in the Highlands 460 is bound by the covenants on record whether they have paid their dues or not. If you have misplaced your copy or you are a prospective/new resident you can download and print out the covenants for your records.

The Covenant Review Committee (CRC) is in charge of enforcing the covenants as well as reviewing and responding to improvement requests from homeowners. The CRC has also adopted policies and procedures regarding specific items to go along with the covenants. Below you will find access to the Improvement Request form and policies and procedures regarding common topics. As stated in the covenants:

Article II, Section 2: Control: No Building, fence, wall, or other structure shall be erected or alterations made on any building until the construction plans and specifications regarding quality of workmanship, type of materials, and harmony of external design (emphasis added) shall have been approved by the Committee...

APPLYING FOR A VARIANCE

Complete the form and provide a set of plans and specifications, or brochures and product descriptions to the Covenant Review Committee at the address provided on the form.
